Time to get cought back up!

So it has been a while since I last posted, and now that I have managed to find some time to carve out to update you all in what is becoming a very nicely busy social schedule I thought that I would do so.  So things have been going very nicely for me, especially given the events that brought about my last post.  One of the best things that has happened is that I started to see some one in the time in between post and that we are official Boyfriends!! Something that makes my very happy, and that I just can't resist thinking about.

We made it official on the 1st after going out on a couple of dates before then, and have been on several afterwords, all of which have been great and have allowed us to learn even more about each other. My BF is one of the sweetest people that I know and is so much fun to be around as well as making me feel safe, secure, as well as just utterly complete in a way that I just did not know was possible.  I absolutely love spending time with him no matter what it is.  It is also funny to see so many people around me almost as excited and happy about this relationship as I am, including my mother, who got to briefly meet him when we stopped by my house to pick up my camera so he could give me some photography lessons. :-)

I am also excited because on Sunday he wants to join me in my regular routine which is to go to my walking group and meet my friends from that's, as well as afterwords most likely getting to hangout some with my very best friend.  I am most excited and nervous about us spending time with my best friend as we have been friends since we where like 5 and I really hope that she likes him and that she will not embarrass me. Yet ether way just spending the time with my baby and getting to enjoy each other's company is always something special and something that I treasure, and I just can't wait to get to do it some more.

Even the simplest things like last night when we went for a walk (after he took me out to dinner) and looked at the different cute houses in the part of town that he lives in, fallowed by strolling downtown to grab some Ice Cream was something so intensely pleasurable and blissful that one dose not want it to end.  It is like if you could capture time in a bottle I would want to bottle all of that time up to be kept forever.

Well that is enough rambling on for now, I hope that you all have enjoyed my post.  I thank you for reading and fallowing along with me and as always your comments and such are always appreciated and read.

  1. Yay!!! I'm so happy that you have found love! I smiled all throughout this post, it made me just that happy for you.

When The Wheels Come Flying Off The High

So how do you get to the point where the wheels are flying off the your manic high, especially when you are supposedly supposed to be educated on your disorder.  For me that is at once a complicated and in ways a simple question.  It is complicated because there are so many warning signs to be missed or to be shoved under the rug, and yet so simple because it is rooted in the fact that your brain is saying that everything is fine and there is nothing to worry about, when in fact if you value your mental stability and balance, like I do, there is very much to be worried about.  This is not just so abstract question that I ponder in my mind like an artifact displayed in a case at a museum, it is something that is a very real part of my life and something that I am living through at this very moment.

Start The Journey

Life is something that one truly has no choice but to take part in, but life can also be an adventure if one chooses to make it one .

Looking Back On The Road Traveled

Reflecting on where you've been On the hours, days, feet, and miles that have come before Reflecting on the challenges and beauty that lay behind Reminding yourself of all the wonders that lie on the road ahead All the promises, joys, and beauty yet to be beheld In the hours, days, feet, and miles that lie ahead
